We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and high volume experienced chef to assist in running our busy restaurant kitchen. This is a Spanish Tapas Restaurant offering dinner, seven nights a week.

-Cooking on the line -Manage a busy kitchen -Set menus and cost out food / yield testing -Create seasonal specials -Run daily cost effective fish specials -Create daily specials -Order and monitoring supplies -Professional prep -Cost management -Staff management -Be able to speak Spanish / Portuguese a bonus
