Unique Chef Opportunity to be part of a management team in a very successful Tapas Restaurant. Are you Passionate about food, experienced, reliable, and hardworking?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and high volume experienced chef to assist in running our busy restaurant kitchen. This is a Spanish Tapas Restaurant offering dinner, seven nights a week.
The successful applicant:
-Cooking on the line
-Manage a busy kitchen
-Set menus and cost out food / yield testing
-Create seasonal specials
-Run daily cost effective fish specials
-Create daily specials
-Order and monitoring supplies
-Be able to speak Spanish / Portuguese a bonus
