We are currently looking for a Sous Chef. Responsible for ordering, cooking, executing, etc.; someone who can be part of an award winning team.
Zagat 28, 4 diamonds level. Prepared to create seasonal, fresh innovative cuisine with a modern technique and modern plating.
Experience in a top notch restaurant is a plus. Very challenging. Sous chef should be conscientious of food costs, inventory, seasonal offerings, best products etc. team player who likes to be creative in all aspects of cooking.
Must be knowledgeable of all modern cooking and have a passion for striving to be cutting edge.
