|Position Description:||Lake Placid Lodge in upstate NY is looking for experienced Line Cooks, Pastry Cooks and FOH servers.|
This position is responsible for all aspects of food preparation up to and including final presentation. Responsibilities will include food preparation including basic vegetable preparation, vinaigrettes and salads, stocks and sauces, meat fabrication. Cooks will clean work area and kitchen during and at the end of shift, put away all receiving deliveries to the kitchen and must be able to take direction and follow recipes.
Skills required for consideration include: proper food handling procedures (blanching, sauteing, grilling, knife cuts) and experience cooking in a high level fast paced kitchen.
