Second Cook - working at the new Chefs Club Restaurant by Food & Wine in Aspen Colorado
Opportunity to work with the 10 selected chefs by Food & Wine magazine featuring their award winning dishes at this restaurant
-2-3 years of closely related culinary experience, working in a quality casual dining restaurant environment or similar position/experience.
-Intermediate level food knowledge pertaining to Soups, Sauces and Pantry
-Ability to adapt to continued changes of new menu items
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to complete multiple tasks/heavy volume under time constraints
-Relocation assistance negotiable
