Truffle Pig Restaurant is located at the base of the Mountain next to the gondola in the resort town of Steamboat Spring, Colorado. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for all the activities concerning the kitchen operations, including but not limited to;
-The planning of seasonal menus with general management
-Adherence to budget for labor and food cost
-Staffing, supervision and scheduling of kitchen personnel
-Ordering of food and kitchen supplies
Requirements
-Prior Kitchen management experience
