Position Description:
Your responsibilities will include supervising and directing all aspects of the hotel's banquet culinary operations. You will assist the Executive Chef in managing inventory control, budgeting and purchasing, to custom menu preparation, as well as hiring, training, and retaining the best talent.
Ideal candidate will be energetic enthusiastic, and able to handle large volume. Previous experience in luxury or fine dining establishment is REQUIRED. Must have hands on management style with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse staff.
