|Position Description:||American Seasons is a small fine dining restaurant serving seasonal New American cuisine on Nantucket Island, Massachusetts. We are hiring dedicated, creative lead line cooks for the 2012 Summer season in the saute and grill positions. We use local and sustainable products,whole animals,and nose to tail cooking in a creative manner, focusing on quality and consistency. |
