Position Description:
Premier resort-area independent boulangerie/patisserie seeks creative Pastry Chef preferably with French pastry training. PC will oversee daily operations of the pastry and bread creations.
Plan, prep, set up and prepare quality products for an authentic French Pastry/Bake Shop to include, but not limited to pastries, desserts, breads, displays/centerpieces in accordance with quality standards and specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Must have a flexible work schedule.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Pastry Chef or Assistant Pastry Chef. Training in traditional French pastry/baking required.
Education:
High school diploma; culinary certificate preferred.
