Position Description:
The Strand House in Manhattan Beach California is looking for a Pastry Chef. We are looking for a motivated creative pastry chef to cook great pastries, breakfast pastries, and some breads. Lead a team of 4 assistants. Selling approximately 300 deserts a week. Would like to take it to 500.
Open immediately. Benefits include parking, medical, dental, eye care, and 2 week paid vacation. Restaurant is 20 feet from the beach. Pastry chef will have full creative license to create amazing pastries.
On the station we have a randell fx drawer, wood burning oven, deep fryer, 2 burners, liquid nitrogen, fridge and prep area. Please see website strandhousemb.com.
