The Sushi Chef will be responsible for the day to day operation of the Sushi Bar. Will oversee and supervise all aspects from production, ordering to receiving merchandise. Will be responsible for controlling inventory, cost and sanitation.
Must be able to fillete fish and preparing sushi to customer orders. Will assisting with menu planning and development including creativity and experimentation with new trends.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
