World class private club is looking to engage an energetic Sous Chef interested in working in a great team environment and improve their own skills. Must have three years experience. Graduates of the CIA or other Culinary Art Schools are preferred.

Responsibilities: Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
