WR Restaurants Mgt. of Sioux Falls SD dba award winning Minerva's Restaurant and Bar Company and is a partner with 50 unit Regency Hotel Company; one of the nation's largest Hotel Management and Equity companies. Our WR Company has a collection of twenty restaurants with eleven catering facilities, each with a unique style but similar menu concept. Each average about 2.5 million / yr. in F & B sales. We manage the Food and Beverage Department for the Casino & Hotel partnership.
Our restaurant is upscale casual restaurant with light hard wood accents, massive custom stonework and contemporary Mountain Lodge design. Also booth seating with separate sports bar area. Seating up to 300 including bar and dining room seating. The menu offers steaks / chops, grilled seafood, authentic pastas, gourmet pizzas and daily Chef features. Total F & B sales est. to be 3.1+ mill. Restaurant and bar sales over 2 million / yr. Banquets up to 1000, 15,000 sq. ft.
Seeking Chef with previous kitchen management experience. Able to supervise high volume line and banquet kitchen operations. Need strong hands-on line skills. Need skills in food and labor cost control, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory control. Able to do menu revision, creating, planning, and building custom banquet and restaurant feature menus,. Able to hire, train and develop staff and Sous Chefs. Able to monitor company standards. Need good people skills, team leading, coaching skills, high energy and quality orientation.
$45,000 to 48,000 base salary depending upon qualifications, $4,000 to $5,000 average Profit Sharing with greater potential, relocation assistance, 401K, Vacation, Meals, Health, Life, Dental, Lodging and Dining Discounts. Candidates will have corporate support and training from Regional Manager / Chef at nearby locations.
