Position Description:
Montage Beverly Hills is located in the famous Golden Triangle; just blocks from Rodeo drive, and provides the finest luxury hotel and restaurant accommodations, amenities and services for our very discerning guests.
The cook position is responsible for preparing food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner. They will be required to set up their assigned station and ensure everything will be ready for service. They must practice sanitation and safety daily. Properly break down assigned station each shift and ensure that all items are stored in the appropriate container and area.
