Award winning & highly acclaimed restaurant in Fairfield County, CT is seeking a Chef de Cuisine. Looking for a creative and experienced Chef with a passion for food and the industry. Should be familiar with working in a fast paced environment and managing kitchen staff. Responsibilities include: assisting in creating daily menus, ordering, budgeting, hiring & scheduling. The right person should be confident in their abilities while still being motivated to learn.
