| Position Description: | The team is seeking a talented young new member with very strong work ethic to work side by side with a top chef in the Caribbean to lead and direct the top restaurant in Puerto Rico.
Applicant must have basic knowledge in modern cooking methods, complex menu planning and firm understanding of HACCP standards. Revolving menus and wine pairing allows for a creative venue. Amazing location in Old San Juan with beautiful weather an added bonus. |
