Education and/or Experience
Culinary Arts Degree and 3+ years business experience in a restaurant or R&D setting is required.
This position requires advanced cooking and commercial kitchen skills such as but not limited to knife handling, food preparation, and maintenance of equipment. The position also requires excellent organizational, time management, proofing and computer skills, as well as an outstanding eye for detail.
