Bar/Mixologist Manager
Must have experience with Japanese sake, beer, and spirits. Looking for past experience at places like Angel Share Bar.Must be experienced in beverage and cost development. Must have held this title for a least 1 yr.
Office Manager
Required to be proficient in accounting, quick books, excel, and answering phones
Pastry Cook
Must be proficient in all aspects of pastry. Must be familiar with Japanese flavor profiles.
Line Cook Must have solid kitchen etiquette, and knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
