|Position Description:||Peels Restaurant & Bakery, in lower Manhattan, is American, with a nod to The South. We serve breakfast, lunch/brunch and dinner 7 days a week, 364 days a year. We boast an in-house bakery, one of the best cocktail programs in NYC and a whole animal program with a a dedicated meat walk-in to boot! Our menus change seasonally, we frequent the Union Square Farmers Market, buy fresh-kill chickens and support many farmers in the Tri State area.|
We are looking for a strong Sous Chef eager to be part of a multi-functional establishment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to hone management skills as well as be part of a busy restaurant and growing company. Growth opportunities abound.
