|Position Description:||Position Wanted: Chef for a new DC concept from the people who brought you Tryst, The Diner and Open City.|
We're looking for a creative and motivated leader to join our restaurant group and to help create and manage our latest DC concept - which will be serving up innovative, quality, comfort food during all hours of the day and night. Responsibilities include oversight and management of: food production; menu development; quality control; care and maintenance of BOH facility and equipment; food and work safety; and, the management of all BOH personnel.
This is a great position for an energetic, hardworking, creative, organized leader who thrives when allowed creative freedom but who also plays well with others. Our company is expanding and we're looking for people to grow with us.
The new restaurant is targeted to open late spring of 2012 but the position starts asap, beginning with training and working with teams in our other locations.
