Qualifications:
-Previous experience in similar operations a must! Two to three years as a Chef or Sous Chef position.
-Working knowledge of Italian cuisine to include current trends as well as traditional fare.
-Level demeanor and ability get along with staff.
-A culinary degree preferred.
-Impeccable and verifiable references.
