The successful candidate will have Minimum 2 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic. Creativity and Organizational skills are imperative, professional hygiene standards are essential.

|Company Profile:||Historic Country Inn with 14 bedrooms as well as two delightful bottle cottages adjasent to the Inn itself.|
The first floor houses the Inns formal dining room as well as Salter's Tavern and Tap room seating up to 170 covers.
The Tred-Avon room our private dining room over looks the Choptank and will seat up to 18 guests.
