Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. Provide excellent food and beverage service to our customers. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Raglan Road policies, practices, and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Raglan Road Proclamation.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of high volume in a "scratch" kitchen, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic. Previous experience in an Irish Pub and/or previous experience in an Entertainment/ Concept restaurant a plus. Employees must have the ability to reflect the attitude, theme and culture of the Raglan Road concept to ensure a welcoming, inviting and authentic restaurant/pub experience.
