Position Description:
Teach students for courses in baking and pastry arts, develop new dessert recipes for new courses. A minimum of three years in the pastry field is required. And a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program is preferred. Ability to do decorative showpieces for buffets is also desirable. This position reports to the executive chef. Our Institute offers a competitive salary.
