Chef Jose Andres' is looking for a PASTRY CHEF for The Bazaar at the SLS Hotel in South Beach FL!!
Our Pastry Chef:
Supervise, participate, coordinate, direct and administer all phases of the food production in order to maximize profit and maintain high standards and quality for the pastry station. Help develop new dessert menus for our restaurants. Has a positive can do attitude and adapts well to changes!
A minimum of five years in the pastry field is required. And a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program is preferred. Ability to do decorative showpieces is also desirable.
