Brentwood Country Club of Los Angeles is currently hiring the Sous Chef position. A premier club located on the Westside of Los Angeles, the cuisine is California and New-American.
The candidate we are seeking will have:
-Culinary school credentials.
-Fine dining and banquet skills from experience with restaurant, hotel or country club service.
-Minimum of 5 years experience.
-Awareness to current trends and creativity essential.
-The "second-in-command" position supports the executive chef in all kitchen operations including preparation and maintenance of quality standards, in plate presentation, portion control and effective cost controls as well as sanitation and cleanliness standards.
Salary: $50k to 60k, Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
