Cedar Creek Racquet Club is looking for a Sous Chef and other kitchen staff for the upcoming summer season. Cedar Creek is a private, member-owned club that provides an exquisite fine dining atmosphere for its members and their guests.
The club is closed on Mondays and the normal work week includes three dinners, five lunches and Sunday Brunch. The operation at Cedar Creek focuses on primarily ala carte dining, to-go orders and a few private events. The club opens on May 1st and closes for the season on November 1st. The club will assist the right individual with filing unemployment for the off-season or will assist in finding other seasonal employment during the off-season.
Culinary graduate preferred. This position requires professionalism, outstanding communication skills, and organizational abilities.
The Sous Chef position is a salaried position paid bi-weekly. Other kitchen staff are based on hourly pay and can expect to work a full work-week each week.
