is currently seeking a Culinary Manager/Executive Sous Chef to join our team!
Primary responsibilities:
-Culinary oversight of our 3 meal casual dining concept restaurant -Catering/Banquet culinary planning & execution for high-end events -Culinary management support of our zagat-rated Chelsea Prime steakhouse
Qualified candidates will have:
-Bachelor's degree or related culinary degree with five or more years of industry and culinary management experience.
-Previous experience with control food and labor cost, demonstration cooking, menu development and pricing.
-Experience leading a team of at least 20 BOH employees in a full service restaurant.
-The culinary acumen to create innovative food, train and develop BOH employees and work as a liaison with the FOH team.
-Open availability for day, evening, late night and weekend shifts.
-Pastry/Dessert background a plus.
