The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2+ years of Culinary Management in a fine dining establishment or equivalent. This candidate must be extremely creative and have a palate for combining flavors and textures with strong knowledge of Classical Cuisine. Other requirements include; must be at least 21 years of age and have written and verbal comprehension of the English language. Culinary institute education, formal apprenticeship, multiple stagier or equivalent is preferred.
