Responsibilities Include:
-Leading and developing a strong culinary team. -Continually improving restaurant operations. -Operating a clean, safe kitchen while exceeding food quality requirements. -Supporting and maintaining the systems in the restaurant.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2-3 years of Sous Chef experience in a high profile/high volume fine dining establishment -Great work ethic and commitment to uncompromising quality -Passion for high quality ingredients and cooking technique -Strong leadership skills
