Position Description:
This is an opportunity to work at a long established Houston, TX icon that just underwent a full renovation. The chef will be allowed a great deal of creative freedom and will be promoted but is expected to be in the kitchen and managing BOH staff, ordering, cost control, etc.

Applicant should also work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and willing to work long hours.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience. Culinary degree and classical French training are required.
We can arrange living quarters for the first few months if relocation is required.
Salary may rise after the first few months assuming an exceptional job is done and we beleive we have found a long term partner in future ventures.
