|Position Description:||A private executive business club in downtown Atlanta is seeking an Executive Sous Chef with at least six years of a la carte experience in fine dinning. Applicant must be able perform under stressful situations and be able to adapt to change. |
The Executive Sous Chef is entrusted with substantive leadership and management responsibilities, including the responsibility of planning meals, procurement of food and kitchen equipment, production of meals, supervising and coordinating the work of the kitchen personnel. The Executive Sous Chef should have a working knowledge of applicable health, sanitation and licensing ordinances.
-Executing the creation of menus and meal planning based on the forecasted guest counts.
-Determining budgetary requirements and controlling the expenses relating to food supplies and kitchen equipment.
-Hiring and training of employees.
