Candidate will be responsible for the daily managing of the overall operation and profitability of the restaurant and work alongside other members of the Management Team to create effective FOH and BOH training and development programs.
In addition, the GM will oversee inventory, ordering food and supplies, restaurant maintenance and repair, recruitment and retention of team members, but most importantly: ensure the highest quality product and service be delivered to our guests at all times.
Job Requirements:
Qualified individual must have 2 years experience working in senior management positions
