Responsibilities:
Personal Chef experience a must!
Five days a week with varied hours, must be flexible with hours and scheduling.
Main focus is quick breakfasts, occasional weekday lunches, Saturday lunch and approximately 5 dinners a week.
Sunday dinners for the family, 10-15 people.
Must be available to cook for Holidays.
Must be capable of preparing and serving for dinner parties of 15 or more.
Must plan, present and review menus weekly.
The menu is to be varied and interesting.
Experimentation is encouraged.
Acquire and manage provisions and supplies.
Create fresh, seasonal and healthy meals.
Be consistent with food preparation.
Must maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the kitchens, refrigerators and freezer.
Job Requirements:
Must have Personal Chef experience
Degree or certification from an accredited culinary school.
Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
Professional mindset, discreet.
Self motivated and passionate about cooking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with the rest of the staff.
Strong communication skills.
Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Dependable, conscientious, trustworthy.
Must be able to work within a family home with a courteous and positive attitude.
Valid driver's license with good driving record.
Required to pass background and drug tests.
Compensation: DOE
