The Famous "The Cat and Fiddle Restaurant" on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles is looking to hire a great Working Executive Chef
The Executive Chef will be responsible for seasonal menu items and daily specials, provisioning, food preparation, and galley sanitation. The position demands excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others. Applicant should also work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, willing to work long hours, and have a great sense of humor. We are looking for somebody to head up the kitchen and won't hesitate to jump behind the line when needed.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience. Other pluses include, a positive mental attitude, well groomed, and an outgoing personality.
