Zebra's Bistro And Wine Bar, in Medfield Mass (Metro West Boston), is looking for a talented food driven Head Chef to help bring us to the next level of excellence. This is a great opportunity for a chef to play an important role in one of Metro West's leading restaurants.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, professional and personable, has a strong culinary background, has hands on experience running an upscale quality driven kitchen, has solid cost controls, and has a strong commitment to kitchen organization and cleanliness.
Responsibility include, developing signature menu items and seasonal menus, teaching and developing their team, and consistent execution to deliver value not just to our guests, but to our entire operation.
