Responsibilities will be the following:
All beer, wine & liquor ordering. Develop working relationships with vendors. Develop forward thinking cocktail / mixology program. Collaborate with the chef on appropriate pairings and special events. Manage bar staff and scheduling. Bar inventory. Cost control.
