Company Name: Fat City Inc., Fatsrestaurants.com, located in Sacramento, California
We are family owned restaurants with the first one established in 1939. Since 1974 we have expanded to five locations with three different successful concepts and an in house and outside Catering Company.

The qualified candidate must have the following:
-A Culinary degree from an accredited institution.
-8-10 years experience working in a high volume kitchen (to include 3-5 years as a Chef).
-Strong background in American and Pacific Rim cuisine with skill in menu development and experience in in house and outside catering.
-Must be current with industry trends and has motivational and communication skills.
-Has excellent track record of upholding standards and maintaining consistency and quality.
-Must have the ability to manage inventory, food costs and labor cost to meet budgetary guidelines.
-Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Outlook, E-mail and the Internet and other computer programs as needed.
