Contemporary Japanese Restaurant - ZUMA is looking for experienced Sous Chefs or strong line cooks with the drive to excel, to join their team in Miami. Zuma (Food Rating 28 Zagat Guide) is currently recruiting to increase the team in Miami with possible international opportunities based on performance.
Candidates should possess the skill, personality and passion to deliver Zuma's unique product and superior attention to detail. It is essential that they work as a team player, yet are self driven and knowledge hungry. Successful candidates must be confident and at ease in a high end, high volume environment. They must be able to remain calm under pressure, and perform at a consistent high level at all times.
