Position Description:L'Auberge Provencale is looking for a chef with a passion for food to be a team leader in a country inn setting. Inn is located 1 and 1/2 hours from Washington DC, in the Shenandoah Valley. We have maintained a top rating in Zagat and are 4 diamond. Looking for a chef with modern techniques, sous vide experience, who wants to utilize the fresh and best of the season to create flavor driven food.

We have our own gardens and orchards and support sustainable farming whenever possible. Modern plating techniques. The chef will have creative freedom and must have the ability to be a team leader. Dinner service 6 days, but all facets of food service at the inn is your responsibility.Must create breakfast menus, seasonal menus and tasting menu. Energetic, forward thinking and experience in top restaurants a must. Must be a culinary graduate or comparable experience.

We place a lot of emphasis on culinary stars that are team motivated and passionate about cooking. We want candidates that are motivated to provide the best in hospitality and fine dining. We will help train our team so we can have the best experience for our patrons and customers.
