Responsibilities Include: - leading and developing a dedicated fine dining team - continually improving restaurant operations - serving as a role model for developing return and frequent guests - developing new ways to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements: - a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high profile/high volume fine dining establishments - hands-on operational skills - prior experience in producing, interpreting and managing restaurant P&L's - strong leadership and strategic skills - ability to drive performance and success - computer literacy with Excel experience
