Adding panache to French cuisine the restaurant serves traditional brasserie fare as well as contemporary interpretations of the classics. This beautiful restaurant takes a modern approach on a brasserie not only through its food but also through it d?cor which uses natural light and neutral colors that create an inviting environment which seamlessly transforms through breakfast, lunch and dinner. Minimum 5 years cooking in a high volume, upscale environment, with 2 years Supervisory experience is required. Must be able to work all shifts including weekends/nights/Holidays.
