Position Description:
Experienced Sous Chefs needed for upscale resort. Must have experience in buffet, cafe and/or self service outlets. Must have high volume, fast paced operational experience similiar to a large scale resort and/or casino. 2 years supervisory experience required. Good knife skills and working knowledge of kitchen equipment required!
