Position Description:
Seeking a creative, organized individual with previous culinary management experience and extensive knowledge of all stations to assist the Area Chef with the operation of Echo, our Asian inspired restaurant, at our luxury resort.
This individual will be responsible for directing and coordinating food preparation, ensuring quality preparation, production and service of all food. This chef must possess good communication, decision-making, and guest relations skills as well as the ability to work a flexible schedule. Previous experience with Asian cuisines is a plus, but not necessary!
