Position Description:
The Head Chef will be responsible for seasonal menu items and daily specials, provisioning, food preparation, and galley sanitation. The position demands excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others. Applicant should also work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, willing to work long hours, and have a great sense of humor.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience. Other pluses include, a positive mental attitude, well groomed, and an outgoing personality.
