Position Description:Reynolds Plantation, located between Atlanta and Augusta, is a 14,000-acre golf and lake community with more than 80 miles of shoreline on Lake Oconee. Reynolds Plantation features 117 holes of championship golf, award-winning dining, swimming pools, tennis courts, pedestrian trails, four full-service marinas and the 38,000-square foot Lake Club and tennis center.

Responsibilities:
Position will oversee the daily operation and management of culinary functions in one of our 4 restaurants and banquets. Position will ensure consistently excellent member satisfaction; maintain a high standard of cleanliness and facilities maintenance; achieve budget expectations through active revenue enhancement and cost control; maintain accurate accounting of sales and expenses; manage, mentor and motivate staff; develops a menu program that evokes change seasonally; work with Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to develop club and private function business.

Requirements:
Position requires three to five years training as a full service chef in a platinum club and/or luxury hotel; culinary school graduate or demonstrated talent/success in a progressive position; excellent customer service and strong sense of hospitality with a passion for culinary arts; personal demeanor and ability to develop a strong rapport with members and staff; ability to manage and develop profit and loss statements and annual budget.
