|Position Description:||The Aquitaine Group located in Boston, www.aquitainegroup.com is seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine to lead our flagship Aquitaine Bistro in Boston's South End. Candidates must have at least 2 years experience managing a professional kitchen and be able to provide strong leadership, and motivate and coach a diverse staff. |
They should be able to demonstrate attention to detail, an unwavering commitment to quality, and exacting standards. Additionally, this individual must be able to manage food cost and labor costs in a busy and fast paced environment. Candidates can expect very competitive wages, insurance and paid vacations.
