Well established San Francisco restaurant serving Southern-Soul Food is seeking an experienced Chef. This position will support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen management including: staffing, training, administration, food production, and managing food and labor costs.
We are seeking a committed professional who has a proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability.
Strong leadership skills and an ability to develop our staff are essential. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years, hands-on management experience in a busy, full service, upscale restaurant.
