|Position Description:||We seek a Chef/Partner for a new brand. We specialize in smoked bbq. You will be responsible for menu planning, provisioning, food preparation, and galley sanitation. The position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards, in an "open" kitchen set up.|
Applicant should also work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, willing to work long hours, and have a great sense of humor. Supervisory experience would be beneficial as well.
Requirements include a minimum of 3 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is also required. Knowledge of the Coockshack Electric Smokers, Henny Penny Warmers and Combi Ovens are a must as well.
Other pluses include, a positive mental attitude, well groomed, and an outgoing personality.
This positon will lead to a PARTNERSHIP.
