Position Description:
For 20 years, Water Grill has been a Los Angeles seafood destination revered for pristine, seasonal cuisine and access to the world's best fish and shellfish.
Water Grill is currently seeking a dining room manager who is highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about hospitality.
Qualified Candidates Will be:
- Product driven and have a passion for food and beverage.
- Team service oriented.
- Able to coach and lead others to achieve our goals.
- Tough on standards and accountability.
- Efficient in problem solving.
- Effective at managing profitability (beverage cost, labor cost, P&L).
- Effective in multi-tasking.
- At least 21 years old.
You must have:
- 3 years of management experience.
- High volume restaurant experience.
- Good longevity in current and past positions.
- Flexible schedule to work 5 day/50-55 hour weeks. Water Grill operates 7 days a week.
