Uchi will open in late 2011 in the space that formerly housed the iconic Felix restaurant in Houston's bustling Westheimer district.
James Beard Award-winning Chef/Owner Tyson Cole will once again draw upon his creative vision and culinary talent to push the boundaries of Japanese cuisine by combining unexpected flavors and textures. Uchi will provide an unparalleled food experience for Houston guests.
